“My wife has had a lot of work done from this place and kept having problems with the retainer breaking. Also, the crown she got put on does not match the rest of her teeth and she said she did not like the color contrast in her mouth and they still proceeded to put it in her mouth and keep it without ordering another one from the lab to match the rest of her teeth. The cleanings are poorly and quickly done by someone that has been there for years and they think talking with you during just smooths everything over while she says “you’re good, you’re good” repeatedly. We have been sitting in the lobby and hear people come back after just being in there the day before because something has broke off or came undone in their mouth with crowns.”
